Starting my fitness journey years ago, eating the proper foods during my days were hard with work and school. Initially, I never gave much attention to my nutrition intake and would eat whatever was convenient for me. Failing to see the results I wanted in the gym motivated me to take an initiative in my diet and training. I had to find a way to have quality meals as I get through the week. Now, I hope to help anyone who struggles to get a good plate to eat in a timely manner.
